在nlp下创建个新的文件夹bert，将文件放入bert文件夹内，README.md文件中的模型应该附带链接，方便跳转到自己的文件。（如图片所示）
同时为了避免合并冲突和缩小仓库大小，应该清除notebook文件运行时的输出，具体可看下面链接的4.4部分（https://github.com/mindspore-lab/applications/wiki/Contributing-Guidelines#4-make-changes-and-commit）
